CUSTOMER CARE/SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Panda Boxing is on the lookout for passionate candidates to join its team. We’re growing bigger by the minute and we’re looking for the best to join the family and share their passion for fitness and grow with the Panda community.

Tasks:

– Sales and customer care
– Mindbody management system (services and scheduling)
– Client guidance and recommendations about services
– Connecting clients and coaches
– Assist reception bar area if needed
– Work closely with management
– Is eager to learn, attend team meetings and seminars
– Is certified in group training, an asset

We want someone who:

– Has at least 1-2 years experience in customer care and sales
– Has experience coaching in a group setting, is a plus
– Has experience using management software for sales and scheduling (i.e. Mindbody)
– Is eager to learn, attend team meetings and seminars
– Is certified in group training, an asset

COACH – BOXING GROUP CLASSES

Panda Boxing is on the lookout for passionate candidates to join its team of trainers. We’re growing bigger by the minute and we’re looking for the best to join the family and share their passion for boxing with the Panda community.

We want someone who:

– Has at least 6-12 months experience in boxing (or relevant combat sport)
– Has experience coaching in a group setting.
– Has a presence in the fitness community and feels comfortable marketing their skills and talents on their social media channels, for example
– Is eager to learn, attend team meetings and seminars
– Is certified in group training, an asset

COACH – PRIVATE TRAINING

Panda Boxing is on the lookout for passionate candidates to join its team of trainers. We’re growing bigger by the minute and we’re looking for the best to join the family and share their passion for boxing with the Panda community.

We want someone who:

– Has a good experience in boxing (or relevant combat sport)
– Has experience in mitt holding and coaching
– Has a presence in the fitness community and feels comfortable marketing their skills and talents on their social media channels, for example
– Is eager to learn, attend team meetings and seminars
– Is boxing (level 1 to 3) certified, an asset

FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE

Our front desk associates are on the frontline of our fast-paced gym. You’ll be tasked with greeting members as they arrive at Panda Boxing. In other words, you’re the first contact people have with Panda Boxing and play a vital role in the whole Panda Boxing experience.
You’ll also take on other administrative duties, like:

– Greeting clients and checking them into class
– Managing client accounts using the MindBody app
– Answering phone calls and responding to client questions via email
– Helping with the preparation of smoothies
– Sharing information about our classes, schedules, and class packages with all clients
– Making sure the amenities are clean, towels and gloves are ready for classes.
– Opening/closing the gym before and after classes

Our ideal candidate:

– Is friendly, outgoing, and makes positive vibes a daily habit
– Is detail-oriented
– Is extremely passionate about fitness

BARISTA & OPERATIONS

Our coffee shop, Café Ludo, serves as the entrance to Panda Boxing. You’ll be tasked with greeting members as they arrive and guide them into Panda Boxing (if front desk associate isn’t available). In other words, you’re the first contact people have with Panda Boxing and play a vital role in the whole Panda Boxing experience.

You’ll also take on other duties, like:

– Greeting clients and guiding them to Panda Boxing
– Preparation of coffee and smoothies
– Order, receive stock supplies and retail products
– Provide customer with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation description
– Receive and process customer payments
– Ensure that work area is clean and sanitize utensils and equipment
– Knowledge of the Panda Boxing services
– Opening/closing the coffee shop before and after classes
