Her power-driven playlists (Queen Bey anyone?) and wicked sense of humor will make you forget for a split second just how intense your workout is. You’ll be getting the most out of her 20 years’ experience training multidiscipline, high level, amateur, and team sports athletes. What’s more, she’s a pre/post-natal fitness specialist with experience training people with Parkinson’s disease. Beyond the fierce workouts she’ll have you loving (eventually) Kimberly is passionate about coffee, art, and sports, and can conquer anyone at science trivia. Don’t even try her.
